We are looking to expand our Financial Services Team with different new resources as follows:
Olympic Senior Consultants
- You will report directly to the Head of the Financial Services Business Unit, and will have the responsibility of the project management and coordination with software vendors and the banks. You will lead the integration team and ensure the delivery by respecting budget and deadlines.
- University graduate in IT or Economics (MBA is a plus), you have between 5 and 7 years experience as a specialist Olympic Consultant for an IT consulting company, a bank or a banking software vendor. The project scope will be to develop the infrastructure layer between the Back Office core banking module and the customer Front Office.
- You have already experienced integration projects of banking software. Your banking business knowledge will be an asset. Team-working vocation, leadership and involvement belong to your day-to-day behaviour.
- Excellent communication skills (Fluently English is a must (any additional language is a plus) and customer facing ability.

Avaloq Junior Consultants
- You will have a minimum of 1 year + experience with Avaloq as a Business Analyst, Business System Analyst, and Technical-functional consultant.
- University graduate in IT or Economics, Avaloq professional certification (is a must), you will support the evolution projects of the software package, implementation of new modules or functionalities and manage the analysis of customer needs inside an international young professional team.
- You aspire to join a dynamic and proactive organization and speak German and English fluently. Italian is a plus.

- Experience in management of large and complex projects for various years and skills in business analysis / requirements engineering (methodology, requirements engineering, process mapping).
- Occasional travel in Zurich office (30%)
- Excellent communication skills (Fluently English is a must, German is a plus) and customer facing ability.

Business Analysts - Banks & Insurance
- Business Analyst with at least 3/4 years experience in functional analysis and complex project management for Swiss and/or foreign banks. Knowledge of problems encountered in the Financial and Bank sectors.
- University graduate in Scientific or Economics subjects.
- No more than 35 years old.
- Good communication skills (English, France).
- Excellent communication skills (Fluently English is a must, German is a plus) and customer facing ability.
- Available to travel in Swiss and abroad.
